Return & Refund Policy

At HobbyNest, we take pride in curating high-quality craft supplies and ensuring every order arrives as expected. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right quickly and fairly.


Our Commitment
We stand behind every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.


What We Cover

We accept claims for the following issues reported within 14 days of delivery:

  • Damaged or defective items — product arrived broken, torn, or unusable
  • Wrong item received — the item sent does not match what you ordered

What We Do Not Cover

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items that have been opened and used
  • Incorrect quantity ordered by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences (standard across craft paper and stationery products)

How to Submit a Claim

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

We review all claims within 2 business days.


Processing Time

Once approved:

  • A replacement item will be sent at no charge, or
  • If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Non-Eligible Situations

  • Claims submitted after 14 days of confirmed delivery
  • Requests without sufficient photo or video evidence

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We’ll do our best to assist and guide you through the next steps.
